TOGUS – Geraldine Virginia Foley, 80, died peacefully Sept. 13, 2013, at Togus with family by her side. She was a native of Texas, born on Aug 5, 1932, to George and Mary Farris.
Geraldine served her country in the U.S. Air Force in an administrative position, after which she retired to raise children.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Brown; and two of her sons, Steven and Guy Lee Kirby. Geraldine is survived by her children, Robert Kirby, Christine Rone, Susan Foley, Fine’ Foley; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in her honor 2 p.m. Oct. 13, at the Sunbury Village Chapel. She will be sorely missed.
