JONESPORT – Raymond Edmund Crowley passed away Oct. 28, 2013, in Jonesport. He was born April 8, 1971, in Machias, the son of the late Arlin Myron Crowley Sr., and Velora Martha Beal Rumery, stepfather, Craig Rumery, and stepmother, Jane Crowley.
Raymond was a lobster fisherman. He loved spending time with friends and family. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 188 in Jonesport and Anah Shrine in Bangor, Mini Cars, as well as a volunteer for the Jonesport Fire Department. He will be especially missed by his fur babies, Champ and Bradley. He will also be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Lisa Crowley; and sons, Alan Crowley and fiancée, Amanda Allen, Kenneth Crowley, and Branden Dube from Beals Island. Raymond is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Colby and wife, Michelle Crowley, in Florida, Troy and wife, Gay Crowley, from Beals Island, Oscar Crowley and fiancée, Crystal Cirone from Addison, Harvey and wife, Kim Crowley, from Addison, Adam and wife, Bobbi Floyd, from Addison, Arlin Jr. and wife, Shelley Crowley, from Jonesport, Joshua Crowley from Jonesport, Scotty and wife, Tracy McKenna, from Milbridge, Karen and husband, Jason Crowley, from Jonesport, and Logan Crowley from Jonesport. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, Ross and wife, Jessica Chipman, from Massachusetts, and Darren Williams and fiancée, Krista Chandler, from Jonesport; sister-in-law, April and husband, Mike Dewitt, from Stonington; and special nieces and nephews, Christopher, Frank, Luke, Ashley, Brittany, Joshua, Courtney, Stephanie, Jasmine, Morgan, Nicholas, Kristin, Alexis, Dezira, Arlin III, Zachary, Cain, Abel, Hailey, Carter, Brodie, and Ryan. He was predeceased by his father, Arlin Crowley Sr.; and mother-in-law, Caroline Lenfesty.
Visiting hours will be held noon until the time of funeral service which will begin in the same location at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Beals Elementary School. Remembrances may be donations to the family. Arrangements by Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Homes, Machias.
