DIXMONT – Donald F. Williams, 72, passed away October 31, 2013 at a Bangor hospital. He was born in Bangor, August 28, 1941 the son of George F. and Mary (Wingate) Williams.
Donald will be missed and remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Donald is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Linda (Lawler) Williams of Dixmont, his children; Dianna Basile of Brewer, Kevin Williams and wife, Julie of Dixmont, Cindy Clark and husband, Chester of Dixmont, and Keith Williams and wife, Diane of Old Town, son-in-law, Reza Nekovei and wife, Fatemeh, brothers and sisters; Richard Williams and wife, Barbara of Glenburn, Norma Dodge of Pittsfield, Clair Williams and wife, Brenda of Kenduskeag and Deanna Madore and husband, Ronald of Brewer, sister-in-law, Lois Williams of Pittsfield, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a daughter, Deanna Nekovei in 2005 and by a brother, Gordon Williams.
A graveside service will be held 11 A.M. Monday, November 4, 2013 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
