BELFAST, Maine — Santa’s coming, and he hopes the children who visit him bring a good appetite.
All are welcome to come to the 13th annual Belfast Lions Club Breakfast with Santa, to be held 8-11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at the Belfast Shrine Club on Northport Avenue.
“Santa will be there to talk with all the kids,” event chairman Eric Walker said this week.
In addition to providing a chance for young folks to share Christmas secrets with the big guy, organizers will serve a robust breakfast. It will include pancakes, made-to-order omelets, bacon, sausage, hash browns, hot chocolate and more, Walker said. The civic group also will be collecting Toys for Tots at the event.
The all-you-can-eat breakfast costs $8 for adults and $3 for children.
