BANGOR, ME – Susie (Gerry) Smith, 62, unexpectedly passed away Feb. 11th, 2014 at EMMC. She was the daughter of Willard (Robert) Gerry and Connie Gerry. Susie was born March 14th, 1951 in Hartford, CT.
Susie lived in Winterport for most of her life. She loved working on her crafts and spending time with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Susie is survived by her husband, Elmer Smith Jr.; four children-Tammy and her husband Ron Tewhey, Edward and his wife Amy Smith, Sherri Smith, Amy and her husband Ed Bragg; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; her mother Connie and stepfather John Gerry, sisters Sandra and husband Paul Kingsbury, Robin Gerry; brother Michael and his wife Dawn Gerry plus many other loved family members.
Susie was predeceased by her father and one brother.
There will be a celebration of her life to be determined at a later date.
