THOMASTON, Maine — Nomination papers have become available for Thomaston municipal seats with incumbents already seeking to return to office.

There are two selectmen seats, two school board seats, and one assessor seat up for vote at the June 10 election. Papers became available March 17.

Lee-Ann Upham and Peter Lammert, the two incumbent selectmen, have taken out papers. Incumbent Assessor A. Fred Wigglesworth has also taken out papers for re-election.

As of Monday morning, no one had taken out papers for the town’s two representatives to the Regional School Unit 13 Board. The seats are held by Darryl Sanborn and Marla McGeady. One seat is for three years and other is for one year.

The deadline for candidates to file papers to make the ballot is April 28.
