BREWER, Maine — A man has been charged with assault after a reported altercation at a Getchell Street residence on Wednesday morning, police said.
Stephen Allen, whose age wasn’t immediately available, was summoned at the scene but not arrested.
According to Brewer police, officers were sent to the residence to deal with an altercation between two tenants and a landlord.
Police were dispatched around 10:30 a.m.
