WESTBROOK, Maine — A local woman is facing multiple charges after Westbrook police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested her Monday morning, police said.
Diana Hess-Riquinha, 46, was taken into custody on a warrant for aggravated trafficking in Schedule W drugs, unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs and violating conditions of release, according to a statement from Westbrook police.
Hess-Riquinha’s arrest was part of an investigation into her selling prescription medication from her residence, which is located in a drug-free safe zone.
An undisclosed amount of cash and prescription drugs were seized during Hess-Riquinha’s arrest.
Hess-Riquinha is being held on $7,060 cash bail at Cumberland County Jail.
