BRUNSWICK, Maine — Police are searching for a masked man they say flashed a knife and tried to rob someone in their driveway Sunday morning in Brunswick.
About 8:22 a.m. Sunday, a man told police he was approached in his driveway on Union Street by someone wearing a mask. After showing a knife and demanding money, the masked man ran off after the victim said he had no money, police said.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens to early-20s, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall with a thin to medium build, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and jeans. Police said the mask was nylon, possibly with a skeleton face.
Anyone with information is asked to call Brunswick police at 725-5531.
