CASTINE, Maine — Ben Kluvers’ goal in the 11th minute proved all the offense his team would need as the University of Maine-Fort Kent earned a 3-0 men’s soccer victory over Maine Maritime Academy on Wednesday afternoon.
Jamie Reid and Ike Doiron tallied a goal each for the Bengals (4-0) and Ahkeim Forbes and Jamie Cleland combined for three saves.
Marshall Spear registered 12 saves for the 1-4 Mariners.

At Biddeford, Dexter Doucet, Matthew Christie and Will Bushey scored a goal apiece as the Nor’easters blanked the Beavers.
Aidan McPartland and Nate Diffin combined to make one save for 2-0-1 University of New England.
Ronie Morales came up with nine stops for the University of Maine-Farmington (0-1).

At Boucher Field in Bangor, Charlie Dupee took a Matt Ayers feed and broke in alone before tucking a low shot past Husson goalie Brian Potter with 3:52 remaining to supply Colby with the victory.
Brandon Fahlberg headed home a Tim Stanton cross to stake Colby to a 1-0 lead in the first half but Stephen Berenyi drew Husson level early in the second half with a volley off assists from Josh Bean and Cooper Antone.
Cody Funkhouser made four saves on eight shots for 2-1 Colby while Potter finished with eight saves on 25 shots for the 2-3 Eagles.

At Auburn, Will Desmarais scored off an assist from Jacob Scoville, proving the winning margin for the Rams.

At Waterville, Tre Ming scored on a penalty kick late in the 74th minute to lift the Terriers to victory over the Bobcats.
Winston Trott posted the shutout with eight saves, while Sam Polito had three stops for Bates College of Lewiston.

At Gorham, Jonathan Varney scored the game-winning goal just 48 seconds into overtime to lift the University of Southern Maine to a victory over Saint Joseph’s College at Hannaford Field.
Elijah Leverett made eight saves to post the shutout for the 1-4 Huskies.
Robert Petrosillo came up with four saves for the 1-5 Monks of Standish.

At Biddeford, Becca Murphy scored off an assist from Edie Pallozzi in the 53rd minute to give the Nor’easters the margin of victory at Hazard Field.
Emily Richard and Brielle Robinson combined to make a single save for 3-0 University of New England.
Anna Wolterbeek made six saves for 2-2 Husson University of Bangor.

At Auburn, Mariza Gionfriddo racked up four goals, including three in the first 20 minutes, to power Unity College to victory.

At Waterville, Aliza Ban Leesten scored her first two collegiate goals to help the Mules beat the Terriers in the programs’ first meeting since 1995.

At South Portland, Caleb Burpee and Dylan Farrell-Reny hit run-scoring doubles during a five-run fourth inning that carried the Seawolves to the win.
Phillip Langley finished with two doubles for Southern Maine Community College.

At South Portland, Charlotte Lewis and Erica Brochu combined for seven strikeouts and gave up only two hits in five innings as the Seawolves earned the victory.
Melinda Pye socked a two-run home run for Southern Maine Community College andand Brochu posted an RBI double.
Jen Wright scored for Eastern Maine Community College of Bangor.
