With Veterans Day just around the corner, the Bangor Daily News is looking to honor our servicemen and servicewomen and would like to include your personal military story, or have you share that of a loved one, in our upcoming “A Day of Remembrance” special section.
To submit a story and photos, visit bangordailynews.com/post and select “news” as your category. If you are not a registered BDN user, you will be prompted to create a user ID. Submissions will be used online and may be selected for use in the printed special section set to publish in the BDN on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Be sure to include information about the photos, including who took the images and when, who is in the picture and what the people in the photo are doing.
