ROCKLAND, Maine — Twenty-nine people were indicted by a Knox County grand jury that met for two days this week to review cases that included robbery and drug offenses.

Four of the indictments will remain sealed until the defendants are apprehended.

Donald R. Keating Jr., 55, of Owls Head was indicted on charges of robbery, aggravated trafficking in morphine and stealing drugs. Keating is accused of robbing the Kennebec Pharmacy and Home Care in Rockport on Sept. 9 while wearing a plastic Hannaford supermarket bag over his head.

Darrell Crosby, 56, Jefferson was indicted on two counts of unlawful sexual contact. The indictment alleges the crimes were committed against a child younger than 12 years old in 2006 in Owls Head and 2007 in Rockland.

Ryan Lane, 21, Maine State Prison, two counts of aggravated assault with a cribbage board on July 21.

Arthur D. Belanger, 32, Maine State Prison, aggravated assault and trafficking in prison contraband (a shank) on Feb. 23, 2013.

David G. Fleming, 56, Maine State Prison, assault on a corrections officer on June 28.

Jason D. Andrews, 42, Washington, aggravated assault, assault, aggravated criminal trespass, criminal mischief on May 4 in Washington.

Kimberly Heyer, 35, Owls Head, aggravated forgery for filing a false invoice to the Maine Department of Health and Human Services on April 1 seeking reimbursement for car repairs.

David Carver, 39, Warren, aggravated trafficking in cocaine on Aug. 18 in Rockland. The charge is a felony because of a prior drug conviction.

Briannah N. Parlin, 23, South Thomaston, trafficking in prison contraband (Suboxone) on Sept. 17 in Rockland.

Christina L. Smith, 40, Cushing, felony theft of more than $1,000 from J.C. Penney Department Store in Rockland from May 1, 2013, through April 19, 2014.

Tyler Brackett, 20, Union, unlawful possession of oxycodone on March 10 in Warren.

Brandon E. Kavanagh, 29, Warren, operating after revocation, violation of a condition of release and improper plates.

Jessica L. Batty, 32, Spruce Head, theft of DVDs from Walmart in Thomaston on June 20. The charge is a felony because of two prior theft convictions.

Darrin E. Upton, 32, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband and possession of Suboxone on April 5.

Duane Christopher Waterman, 38, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband and attempted trafficking in prison contraband (Suboxone) on Jan. 14.

Joseph R. Cox, 29, Bryant Pond, aggravated forgery, escape and tampering with public records on April 1 in Warren.

Michelle L. White, 40, Topsham, trafficking in prison contraband (Suboxone) on March 8 in Warren.

Shawn M. Ashley, 23, Topsham, trafficking in prison contraband (Suboxone) on March 8 in Warren.

Jason M. Adams, 33, Lisbon, trafficking in prison contraband and attempted trafficking in prison contraband (Suboxone) on April 2 in Warren.

Hilary Fales, also known as Hillary Fales-Haynes, 22, Owls Head, trafficking in Ritalin on May 14 in Rockland.

Robert Mason, 24, Lincolnville, aggravated trafficking in heroin on March 4 in Hope. The charge was aggravated because it is alleged to have occurred within 1,000 feet of a school.

Christy Nason, 38, Warren, trafficking in Suboxone on Aug. 25 in Warren, violation of a condition of release.

Becky Condon, 24, Spruce Head, assault on an MDEA agent on Aug. 26 in Rockland, violation of a condition of release.

Kevin Nelson, 26, Rockland, aggravated trafficking and trafficking in Ritalin on April 4 in Rockland.

Elise Daniels, 36, Union, trafficking in Suboxone on April 3 in Thomaston, and aggravated trafficking in Ritalin on April 4 in Rockland within 1,000 feet of a school or safe zone.
