CUSHING, Maine — A truck carrying 110 crates filled with lobsters for the Linda Bean seafood company rolled over in a crash on Sunday in Cushing.
The driver and a teenage passenger were not seriously injured.
According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, the truck was driving north on River Road in Cushing shortly after 3 p.m. when the load shifted. This caused the truck to go off the road and land on its passenger side, the sheriff’s department reported.
Driver Richard King suffered a minor cut to his right ear. His 16-year-old passenger was uninjured.
The lobsters were loaded onto another truck.
