SANFORD, Maine — Five people were arrested on Tuesday morning, including some on drug charges, as Sanford police and Maine Drug Enforcement Agency officials raided a Calvins Way home.
Arrested were Jill Theriault, 33; Seth Twohearts, 23; Timothy Duval, 41; Scott Bennett, 31; and Louis Zucco, 33, all of Sanford, according to Sanford Detective Sgt. Matthew Jones.
Jones said the raid concluded an investigation pertaining to the dealing of controlled substances at the residence owned by Theriault.
The sergeant added Theriault is facing the most significant charge, a Class A count of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, according to Jones. Police did not disclose what was located in the residence after a search warrant was executed.
Twohearts is facing a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, a Class B felony, Jones said. Duval was charged with theft and transfer or misuse of identification, Bennett for failing to appear on a violating conditions of release charge and Zucco with failing to pay fines on a prior theft charge.
All five were brought to the York County Jail. Kennebunk police and a state police canine unit assisted during the search.
