ACTON — An Acton man faces unlawful sexual touching and burglary charges after police say he broke into an apartment and touched a 9-year-old boy as he slept early Saturday morning.
Keith Poole, 22, is being held on $10,000 bail, $5,000 for each charge, at the York County Jail, reports Portland television station WGME, CBS 13. Sheriff’s deputies were called to an apartment building in Acton around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Police say Poole broke into an apartment, sexually touched the child, who woke up. After a short conversation, police said Poole ran away. Poole was arrested after being interviewed by police. Poole lives in the building.
