Police are searching for a man with ties to Maine who is accused of murdering his wife in Michigan.
According to the Allegan County Sheriff’s Office in Michigan, law enforcement officials in Maine say they have received several reported sightings of Harold Knight being in the state.
Knight is accused of strangling 48-year-old Sara Lee-Knight last week in their Michigan home.
Police discovered her body at her Michigan home when her husband called police to tip them off.
The victim’s daughter says there is a possibility Harold Knight could be headed back to Maine.
Investigators say Knight may be driving a light green Subaru Forrester with Michigan license plates.
