BATH, Maine — The state fire marshal’s office has charged a Bath woman with violating the conditions of her arrest last year on an arson charge, Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said Friday night.
Lisa Green, 49, initially was arrested and charged with arson after a truck that was set on fire at a local home in January 2014, McCausland said.
McCausland said Green, who since had been free on bail, was arrested again this week in Brunswick.
One of her bail conditions was to avoid any contact with the owner of the truck, he said. However, investigators said the two were seen together in Brunswick.
Green was taken to the Cumberland County Jail on Wednesday and was scheduled to appear in court on Friday. Information about what occurred during her appearance was not immediately available.
