BRUNSWICK, Maine — The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency dismantled a “one pot” methamphetamine lab Wednesday evening in a car parked at a shopping plaza on Bath Road in Brunswick.

Agents arrested Aric Hall, 34, of Brunswick and charged him with manufacturing methamphetamines, Brunswick Police Lt. Mike Moody said Thursday.

A post on the drug enforcement agency’s Facebook page Wednesday night showed a photo of the operation and said members of the Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement Team dismantled the lab.

Brunswick police were called to the scene at 6:50 p.m., according to Moody. Brunswick firefighters later went to the Lowe’s parking lot at 8:20 p.m. at the request of the MDEA, Deputy Fire Chief Don Koslosky said.

Brunswick police and state drug investigators had not released any more information about the arrest by 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
