LINCOLN, Maine — A 24-year-old woman already jailed for several drug charges faces two new ones Tuesday after investigators discovered traces of cocaine and bath salts among evidence seized from her home last week, police said Tuesday.
Andrea Carlow of Lincoln was issued a summons Tuesday for two counts of Class D possession of Schedule W drugs for the small amounts of cocaine and bath salts, police said.
Carlow was charged Thursday with Class B aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, two counts of possession of unlawful scheduled drugs, and a single count of unlawful possession of Suboxone, police have said.
Police arrested Carlow at her home at 665 Enfield Road after they allegedly found in her possession of 65 small bags of heroin plus four hydrocodone, 10 oxycodone and two Suboxone pills. The aggravated furnishing charge was upgraded from Class C because of her having a .38-caliber revolver, police said.
East Millinocket, Lincoln and state police plus the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department traced a truck that allegedly fled a minor accident on West Broadway to Carlow’s Enfield Road home on Thursday. Six people were arrested or issued summonses in connection with the accident, and the subsequent search warrant was served on two vehicles and Carlow’s home.
The police investigation is continuing.
