ZEPHYRHILLS, FLA. – Eugene C. Belanger, 73, passed away March 14, 2015. He was born in Hartford, Conn., to Louis and Bernadette (Collin) Belanger.
Mr. Belanger was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Gail; two daughters, Lorrie-Ann LaClair and Christine Rafuse; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and seven siblings. He was predeceased by one older brother.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at April 4 at Whitfield Funeral Home.
