MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — Two parents are accused of overdosing on heroin while giving their son a bath, reports Portland television station WGME, CBS 13.
Erick Carter and Stephanie McCassin were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, said the grandmother of the 3-year-old boy found the child in the bathtub with the parents passed out.
Both are free on bail.
