BIDDEFORD, Maine — A third man is being sought by police in connection with the 2013 murder of a Biddeford man, according to state police.

Detectives are seeking the public’s help in searching for Mohamud Mohamed, 21, whose last known address was in Portland, according to Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland.

Two men have already been arrested and charged in connection with the case, including one who was arrested in Old Orchard Beach on Tuesday.

Mohamed is wanted in connection with the murder of Charles Raybine in March 2013.

Mohamed, who is known to frequent the Portland area, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was recently released from the Cumberland County Jail on bail on unrelated charges, McCausland said.
