KITTERY, Maine — Kittery police say a homeowner on Blueberry Lane came home to find that their residence had been broken into on Thursday.

Police say several items had been taken including a MacBook, a necklace and a wedding ring. The value of those items was well over $2,000.

On Friday, police say several of the stolen items were located at a local pawnshop and further investigation led to the arrest of Jason Torrey, 39, of Kittery.

Torrey was charged with burglary and possession of heroin. Torrey is being held at the York County Jail on $5,000 bail.
