EDGECOMB, Maine — Challenger Mike Smith defeated incumbent Stuart Smith to win a seat on Edgecomb’s Board of Selectmen.
Mike Smith received 136 votes, and Stuart Smith received 85 votes.
Incumbent Deb Boucher will serve another term as tax collector. Boucher received 147 votes, and challenger Karen Potter received 60 votes.
A total of 223 votes were cast in the municipal election on May 15.
