If you could build or buy your ideal house, what would it look like? If you’re Swedish, it might be a red, boxy structure with lots of light, tall ceilings, and a balcony or roof terrace.

A Swedish real estate company called Hemnet had a bright idea to track 200 million clicks on 86,000 residential property listings in 2014 to determine what features people desire. Then, with the help of architects, they designed the perfect home, calling it the House of Clicks.

What do home buyers want? Here’s a brief list:

— High ceilings

— Fireplace

— White tile and skylight in the bathroom, with a deep red terracotta floor

— Gray, monochrome sofa

— White cabinets and stone countertops in the open-plan kitchen

— A total of four rooms plus a kitchen

— Wood parquet floors throughout the home

— A balcony or roof terrace

— A red exterior: “A ‘Falu red’ façade of undulated nailed battens gives the house a unique look,” writes Hemnet.

Do you want it? Well, you just might be able to get it. As Hemnet writes, “Discussions are underway to transform the Hemnet Home into real homes, so that soon, you can call it yours. All you need is a block of land to put it on.”

If it’s not quite your style, you can download the data the architects used and create your own.
