AUGUSTA, Maine — A man from Augusta and a woman from Chelsea accused of a 2014 robbery in Augusta are among 19 people indicted Friday by the Kennebec County grand jury.

Corey J. Dionne, 25, and Sara R. Negrete, 32, were indicted on charges of robbery, aggravated assault and theft by unauthorized taking.

The two are accused of beating a Lincoln County man with a bat and a grade stake and then stealing his wallet on May 25, 2014, according to documents filed in Kennebec Superior Court.

Dionne additionally was charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, namely heroin. In addition to heroin, police seized $746 in cash Dionne allegedly collected as part of his heroin sales operation.

Also indicted was Randy R. Marquis, 42, of Augusta, who is charged with three counts of possession of sexually explicit material.

Marquis was arrested on Jan. 16 on charges of possession of child pornography when members of the Maine State Police’s Computer Crimes Unit, acting on a tip, went to Marquis’ home on Northern Avenue and inspected his computer, Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said at the time.

The initial inspection turned up hundreds of pornographic images depicting children under the age of 12, McCausland said.

Others indicted were:

Michelle A. Arbour, 38, Augusta, forgery, theft by unauthorized taking.

Eric C. Bachand, 20, Rome, possession of firearm by a prohibited person, concealed weapon violation, violation of condition of release, operating after suspension.

Nathan Stanley Bernheisel, 35, West Gardiner, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Amber L. Bloss, 29, Lewiston, assault on an officer, assault, theft by unauthorized taking, criminal trespass.

Benjamin K. Boulay, 27, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking, violation of condition of release.

Christopher J. Corliss, 37, Augusta, aggravated assault, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, aggravated criminal mischief.

Levar A. Green, 38, Waterville, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, violation of protection order, obstructing report of crime or injury.
