BANGOR, Maine — Two local men charged in connection with a robbery last month were indicted Wednesday by the Penobscot County grand jury.
Jon Kenneson, 19, of Hermon and Jesse D. Rosebush, 19, of Bangor were indicted on one count of robbery each.
They are expected to be arraigned June 3 at the Penobscot Judicial Center.
A third person wanted in connection with the incident at the One Stop convenience store at 96 State St. was not indicted. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Bryce Celino, 22, who is known to frequent the Bangor area, Bangor police Sgt. Tim Cotton said Wednesday after the grand jury handed up indictments.
An 18-year-old allegedly was robbed of a substantial amount of cash about 3 a.m. April 3 after visiting the ATM at the One Stop. Bangor detectives were able to identify the robbery suspects by reviewing video footage from the store’s surveillance system, according to a previously published report.
If convicted of the Class A crime, Kenneson and Rosebush each face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.
