BRUNSWICK, Maine — Brunswick police are investigating a collision Friday between a car and a motorcycle in which a Topsham woman was injured, Brunswick police Lt. Thomas Garrepy said in a news release.
The crash happened shortly after 4 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Hill and Woodside roads, when a northbound 2007 Scion driven by Summer Dupuis, 21, of Topsham started across Pleasant Hill Road and traveled into the path of a westbound 2007 Honda motorcycle driven by Dulcie Witman, 61, of Topsham.
Witman was taken to Maine Medical Center for treatment of multiple injuries, Garrepy said. He said that the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Dupuis was not injured, he said.
