PORTLAND, Maine — A Lewiston man was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison Tuesday on drug and weapons charges, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

In addition to 121 months behind bars, Paul Robinson, 33, will also serve five years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to charges of distributing crack cocaine, conspiring to distribute crack cocaine and firearm possession in September 2014.

Court documents indicate Robinson and others obtained crack in Massachusetts to distribute in the Lewiston area between 2011 and 2013.

In April 2013, a search warrant was executed at Robinson’s residence after he distributed about an ounce of crack cocaine. Among items seized were $4,500 in cash, crack cocaine, two firearms, video monitors attached to surveillance cameras facing the front of the building and EBT cards in the names of five other people.

In all, Robinson was held responsible for 2.73 kilograms of contraband.
