PORTLAND, Maine — Portland Police say they have arrested the man who carjacked an employee at a nursing home on Baxter Boulevard and robbed a Key Bank in Freeport last week. Police arrested 25-year-old Jimmy Odong near USM Thursday afternoon. Odong was arrested in February for domestic violence aggravated assault and was free on bail. On top of the robbery charges, he now also faces a charge of violating conditions of release.
