MACHIAS, Maine — A 21-year-old Jonesboro man was arrested early Thursday morning on charges of domestic violence and assault, according to police.
Police said additional charges are pending against Alan Schaeffer, who was arrested around 2 a.m. Aug. 20 in connection with an incident involving his girlfriend, a juvenile.
