RAYMOND, New Hampshire — State police have issued shocking and disturbing accusations against a New Hampshire man.
New Hampshire State Police say Gregory Bruno of Raymond, New Hampshire, burned a dog alive, killed three dogs after he set a house on fire and fed a dog an X-Acto knife in April.
Investigators say Bruno is also responsible for a series of arsons in the area.
The 28-year-old is facing 13 felony charges, including cruelty to animals.
