‘Pink Out’ set at Husson volleyball match

BANGOR — A “Pink Out” is in effect for Tuesday’s volleyball match at Newman Gym when Husson takes on Bates at 7 p.m.

Although admission is free, the Eagles are asking for donations to benefit the Side-Out Foundation. A raffle for a gift basket will also be held to benefit the organization. Husson’s uniforms for the match have been specially purchased to benefit the foundation.

The Side-Out Foundation was established in 2004 to unite volleyball players and coaches and to have them work toward the common goal of furthering breast cancer awareness, education and patient services.
