SKOWHEGAN, Maine — Local police have charged an 11-year-old boy and two women in connection with a Nov. 24 break-in at a home on Cedar Street.
Tia Corson, 20, and Bethany Thebarge, 19, both of Skowhegan were charged with burglary, theft and cultivation of marijuana, according to a news release issued Wednesday by Skowhegan police Chief Donald Bolduc.
The boy, who name was not released because he is a juvenile, was charged with burglary.
Police recovered DVDs, video games and cartoon books from the apartment where the boy lives, the release said. They also found reportedly stolen property at the apartment the women share, located above the boy’s residence.
When officers searched the women’s apartment, they allegedly found marijuana growing there.
