DRESDEN, Maine — A man was seriously injured Tuesday night in a crash on Middle Road, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said.
Adam Peaslee, 24, was traveling south at a high rate of speed when he apparently lost control on a curve, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office on Wednesday.
Peaslee was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.
Peaslee was taken to Maine Medical Center with injuries believed to be life-threatening, according to the sheriff’s office.
The crash remains under investigation. Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors, the sheriff’s office said.
