AUGUSTA, Maine — Augusta police are seeking the public’s help in their effort to find a missing 19-year-old woman who has not been seen since she was involved in a car accident in southern Maine on Dec. 21.

Brianna K. Wilson is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds, the Augusta Police Department stated in a Facebook post shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police said she was reported missing by her parents.

No details on the accident were included in the police Facebook post.

Wilson is originally from the Pownal area but is known to spend time in the Augusta area, police said. Anyone who has seen Wilson or who has information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Augusta Police Department at 626-2370 so that officers can check her welfare and ensure she is safe.
