SACO, Maine — Firefighters say an overnight fire destroyed a home on Maple Street in Saco.
Firefighters say a family of five lived in the home, and everyone made it out safely. The call came in at 1:19 a.m.
The Saco fire chief said the fire may have started in the back of the building, but right now they do not know a cause.
Maple Street was shut down for several hours while crews worked to put out the fire.
