BANGOR – Maxine Hashey, 81, went home to the Lord February 21, 2016.
Her most loved profession was that of wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She also ran several businesses over the years with her husband of more than 60 years and later by herself. Maxine had many interests including gardening, rug hooking, pets and travel. She will be sadly missed by her constant companion and daughter, Kelley, and also by her entire family, friends and her special Daily Mass church friends.
She is survived by three children, Kelley, Lynne and Phillip Jr. and wife, Monique; grandchildren, Nicolette, Jaimie and Jaison; and other relatives.  She was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Sr.
A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 27, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. Mary’s Church, 768 Ohio St., Bangor. Reception to immediately follow in the church hall.
