MILLINOCKET, Maine — Thousands of Emera Maine customers were without service Thursday morning, the company reported.
More than 3,500 customers in the northern Penobscot County towns of Millinocket, Indian Purchase Township, Cedar Lake Township, Seboeis Plantation, among others, were without service.
Emera crews were working to restore power to the affected customers, which was expected to take until about noon.
