CARIBOU, Maine — Emera Maine crews are working to restore power to more than 2,000 customers in Aroostook County, the utility reported.
About 2,348 customers in Caribou, Connor, Cyr Plantation, New Sweden, Perham, Stockholm, Westmanland and Woodland, along with several townships, have lost service.
Crews are working to determine what impacted a transmission line that caused the disruption.
Service was expected to be restored by 4 p.m.
