OLD TOWN, Maine — Three men are facing drug charges after Old Town police allegedly found heroin in a vehicle.
Christopher Raye, 42, of Bangor; James Hartin, 29, of LaGrange; and Brandon Hanson, 28, of Bangor were arrested Friday, according to a news release issued Saturday by Capt. Lee Miller.
Hartin was a passenger in an SUV driven by Raye that was stopped on the Bennoch Road on Friday, the release said. Hartin was charged with unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Raye was charged with possession of scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband, Miller said in the release.
Following a search at a Bennoch Road home, Hanson was summoned for violation of conditions of release.
Raye has been released on bail from the Penobscot County Jail, according to jail personnel. Hartin remained in jail Saturday.
