BANGOR, Maine — Emera Maine announced a slight change in its plans for a maintenance-related electrical power outage set for early Thursday morning in downtown Bangor.
The work, which originally was scheduled to begin at 1 a.m., is slated to begin about an hour earlier, the company said Tuesday in a news release. In another change, the work is expected to last about six hours rather than five hours.
The work will affect customers at 26-72 and 128 Main St., 10 Water St. and 36 Merchants Plaza, along with but not limited to Freese’s Housing, The New Waverly, Maine Discovery Museum, and Plisga & Day.
