WINDHAM, Maine — Police have made an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run in Windham.
Officials are charging Devin Brown, 33, of Scarborough with aggravated operating under the influence, aggravated assault and leaving the scene of a deadly crash.
Investigators say Brandon Dumond, 25, was on his bike Wednesday night when Brown hit and killed him with his car and then took off.
Police say Brown then crashed his car about a half-hour later on River Road in Windham.
