A man is accused of driving down Interstate 295, hanging out the window, flipping off cars and almost causing crashes.
Daniel Harris, 29, was sitting on the door frame, giving other drivers the middle finger, according to the Cumberland County sheriff’s office.
Deputies said he was so far out of the moving car, it looked like he was going to jump out at one point.
The sheriff’s office said he pulled over for deputies about 5 miles later, told them he was “having a bad day” and apologized.
Harris is charged with driving to endanger and failure to stop for an officer.
Deputies said he also didn’t have insurance.
