PORTLAND, Maine – A Westbrook man has been charged with aggravated driving to endanger following a fatal Thursday night car crash.
Portland police said Friday that they charged Matthew Dickson, 23, of Westbrook after he crashed his gray, two-door 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass on outer Congress Street.
The crash killed 24-year-old Olivia Dolloff, also of Westbrook, who was a passenger in the car, police said.
There was no other vehicle involved in the crash, which police are continuing to investigate.
