Not to miss out on a major New England celebration, iconic Maine outdoor retailer L.L.Bean has created custom L.L.Bean Boots for the 2018 World Series championship team and a special Bean Bootmobile for the duck boat parade Wednesday in downtown Boston.

The boots are made in Maine with Red Sox team colors with red leather and blue rubber. Each boot is embroidered with a custom design, including the team’s historic regular season record: 108-54.

The boots are a special gift for the Red Sox players and staff and will not be for sale to the public.

“At L.L.Bean we’ve been cheering the Red Sox for generations, and we’re always thrilled when the Red Sox extend New England’s baseball season into Bean Boot season,” Shawn Gorman, executive chairman of L.L.Bean, said in a statement. “We’re proud to help celebrate the Red Sox win, plus, nothing looks better in a duck boat than a duck boot.”

Fans can get a glimpse of the boots when the L.L.Bean Bootmobile passes them in the victory parade. The 12-foot tall rolling replica of the Bean Boot matches the boots made for the team.

As part of the celebration, L.L.Bean is offering customers at its downtown Boston store a 20 percent discount if they are wearing red Wednesday. Customers also can see the Bootmobile parked at the store after the parade.
