The Narraguagus girls basketball team will again make a tournament appearance after easily defeating Searsport 60-37 in a Class C North preliminary game Tuesday night.

The No. 5 seed Narraguagus girls entered the tournament with a near-perfect 17-1 record. No. 12 Searsport ends its season with an 11-8 record.

Narraguagus will face Penobscot Valley in the quarterfinals later this week. Penobscot Valley moved earned a spot in the tournament after defeating Hodgdon 49-30 Tuesday night.

Narraguagus fell to Calais in the quarterfinals of the 2018 tournament.
