Apartments are needed everywhere and more of them are coming to Auburn.
The city is announcing a mixed-use facility on a city-owned lot at 186 Main St.
The city said Great Falls Construction is purchasing the property to build a multi-use building.
The hope is for a brewery and restaurants on the ground and first floors and apartments throughout the rest of the building.
