A winter storm is bringing high winds, snow and heavy rain to Maine on Wednesday morning.

Coming on the heels of the Dec. 18 wind storm that left more than 420,000 without power and four dead, this storm has raised concerns that widespread outages will follow.

Just after 1 p.m., with the winds subsiding, Central Maine Power reported 18,368 outages and Versant Power 19,208 outages.
