President Joe Biden has dropped his bid for reelection to the office of president. Now in order to win the White House I think both parties will be courting voters with more unfunded government largesse in essence to buy votes. We, the United States, have been supplying weapons to Israel and Ukraine for their wars against Hamas and Russia. Of course our grandchildren are essentially funding both these conflicts with their credit cards as our leaders do not have the courage to ask taxpayers to ante-up for this support.
I can already see billions of U.S. dollars being printed and borrowed to rebuild Gaza now that our weapons have flattened it. Ukraine will also need to be rebuilt with U.S. borrowed and printed dollars. I’m a never-Trump Republican who could not vote for him, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, or Kamala Harris as I would be betraying my grandchildren.
Regardless of what side of the political aisle you reside in, shouldn’t we be paying for all this spending the leaders we elected are doing? Your grandchildren and mine did not vote for these overpaid career politicians, we did.
